Every TCZL pellet machine uses the same flat-die compression principle: a high-efficiency electric motor (or diesel engine on custom builds) drives a heavy industrial gearbox at roughly 90–110 rpm — more durable than the rear-axle differential drives common in cheaper imports — which rotates rollers above a flat steel die. The die-and-roller pair is the heart of the small pellet mill: material fed through the conditioner is pressed through 6–8 mm holes, sliced to length by a rotating knife, and discharged into a cooling tray.
