Buyer Notes for Model Matching
Capacity alone does not finish cooler selection. Ambient humidity changes the outlet target. Hot feed from the pellet mill changes residence time. Fine powder in the line can restrict duct airflow. Bagging machines need steadier discharge than holding bins. Wood pellets may behave differently from feed pellets at the same output. Local voltage affects motor selection. Building height can limit cooler body size. Cyclone placement affects maintenance access. Dust collector sizing should match the real fines load. Spare-part access matters more after the first season. Layout drawings help TCPEL check inlet and outlet positions. Photos of the existing line reduce wrong assumptions. Trial data is useful when material is unusual. Formal quotes should confirm every included component. Payment and shipment terms belong in the same RFQ. Final selection should come after material, moisture, temperature, and layout are reviewed together. Engineers usually ask better questions when the first model match is already clear.
