Production Line RFQ Readiness Checklist

Check whether your inquiry has enough data for a useful TCPEL quote. More checked items means fewer assumptions in the first biomass pellet production line layout.

Quote Readiness

Early Discussion Stage
Add target output, pellet diameter and site layout before asking for a firm line scope. Moisture data is already checked, so the dryer conversation can start.
Field Notes

Photos help TCPEL see chips, dust, bark and mixed residues. Tested moisture prevents guessing around the dryer. Output targets should include shift length. Diameter choice affects die selection. Voltage details change motor planning. Fuel source affects drying cost and layout. Packing format changes the end of the line. Floor dimensions can block a good equipment list. Import papers should name the machines being purchased. Raw material seasonality may change the dryer answer. Dust collection needs space before the building plan is locked. Bagging rate should be compared with real truck loading needs. Spare parts belong in the first purchase conversation. Installation support should match the buyer’s local team. Missing data does not stop discussion, but it weakens the first quote. Clear RFQ data saves later revisions. Buyers who send moisture, target output, bag weight and site size in the first message usually get a sharper equipment path than buyers who only ask for a pellet machine price. Engineering review becomes faster when raw material photos show particle size, bark content, fiber length and visible contamination. Commercial review becomes cleaner when certificate needs, destination country and packing format are already known. Service planning starts earlier when the buyer names the local installation team and expected spare-parts stock. Long quotes become shorter when the first RFQ explains the material route, because TCPEL can discuss chipping, grinding, drying, pelletizing, cooling and packing as one linked production line instead of guessing which stage the buyer has already planned. Overseas procurement also moves faster when the RFQ names the discharge port, preferred packing style, target pellet market, available workshop height, dust-control expectation and certificate request, since those details affect not only the machine list but also freight planning, spare-parts packaging and installation support. Good inputs pay back quickly.
